Compact PC/104+ single board computer based on the Intel® Atom™ processor. The Atom™ will feature ultra low power integrated 3D graphics and a processing speed of 1.1-1.7GHz that will be available in standard and industrial temperature ranges.
The Atom™ combines high processing speeds with very low temperature output. The Atom™ reaches speeds of 1.7GHz while only emitting 2W. Memory is DDR2 SDRAM with up to 1GB. Standard bus architecture was used in the design and this board's buses have expansions compatible with PC/104 (16 bit interface), PC/104 +, SMBus and SDIO Socket. The Arcom designed ATOM boasts superior IO with the ability to use power management functions and power sequencing, software configurable watchdog timer, hardware monitoring of voltage and temperature, GPIO, PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports and two high speed serial port interfaces.
